400.000 Tech Math for Blueprint & Mechanical Maintenance -equip participants with the math skills essential for the successful completion of the tasks required for blueprint reading and for performing the necessary math skills for mechanical maintenance.
400.100 Reading Blueprint Drawings on CD - Develops the skills needed to better understand blueprint terminology.
400.110 Basic Blueprint Reading - Develops the skills needed to interpret basic engineering drawings.
400.120 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing - Develops a basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (ANSI/ASME 7 14.5M - 1995) and how to apply tolerancing requirements to gauging and measurement methods.
400.200 Mechanical Maintenance Series - Designed for the person who is just beginning in this area with a minimum or no prior experience. All course with the 400.2 prefix are included as part of this 50 hour course.
400.201 Basic Terms of Maintenance - The Basic Mechanical Skill curriculums are designed for the person who is just beginning in this area with a minimum or no prior experience.  This Mechanical Maintenance Series of courses covers independent power transmission subject areas that help identify specific components and how they are used in a system.  This training will teach installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting as well as preventive maintenance techniques.
400.230 Maintaining & Troubleshooting Gear Reducers & Industrial Gearing - The Basic Mechanical Skill curriculums are designed for the person who is just beginning in this area with a minimum or no prior experience.  This Mechanical Maintenance series of courses covers independent power transmission subject areas that help identify specific components and how they are used in a system.  This training will teach installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting as well as preventive maintenance techniques.

400.270 Final Assessment - Mechanical Maintenance Series - 
400.400 Pneumatics & Hydraulics Fluid Power 1 Develops a basic understanding of Hydraulics and Pneumatics in Industrial applications.
400.410 Hydraulics Fluid Power 2 - Develops an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Hydraulics in Industrial applications. Logical step by step trouble shooting procedures and schematics symbols are reviewed. This is an ALL hydraulic course.
400.700 Use of Assorted Hand Tools - A basic understanding of the safe and proper way to use assorted hand tools.
407.000 Intro to AutoCAD - Participants will perform basic AutoCAD operations and have an opportunity to gain functional knowledge of the   program.
407.500 Intermediate AutoCAD - Participants will build upon knowledge of basic AutoCAD and will be able to perform intermediate level Auto CAD operations. Participant will have the opportunity to gain functional knowledge of the program.
407.700 Advanced AutoCAD/ Architectural Desktop - Participants will build upon knowledge of intermediate Auto CAD and will be able to perform advanced level AutoCAD operations. Participant will have the opportunity to gain functional knowledge of the program.
420.00 How To Manage Maintenance - To focus on the important roles maintenance and maintenance management play in determining how productive and profitable a company can be.  Participants will learn the vital aspects of maintenance-organizational structure, the maintenance budget, control systems, inventory, maintenance support groups, planning and scheduling, training, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
