Course Title: Change Management – "Who Moved My Cheese"

Prerequisites: None

Course Length and Maximum Class Size:

6 Classroom hours held in (1) 6-hour session. Maximum class size is 25.

Objective:

Participants will learn how to introduce changes into the organization and how to predict impact on the culture.

Content:

  1. Reasons for change
  2. Change with regards to people, resources and procedures
  3. Understanding how people accept, reject or deny change
  4. Exploring pitfalls and hurdles in change management
