Course Title: Quality Tools for Continuous Improvement

Course Length and Maximum Class Size:

18 Classroom hours held in (6) 3-hour session. Maximum class size is 25.

Objective:

To clarify the critical difference between customer satisfaction and customer enthusiasm. How to begin and maintain continuous process improvement using proven tools interactively in a variety of real-world simulations.

Content:

  1. Using 17 proven tools to identify problems, develop solutions, monitor progress, and measure results
  2. Focusing on quality as a continuous process rather than a single event
  3. Identifying the quality needs of both internal and external customers
  4. Building in a higher level of quality from the bottom up
  5. Increasing the power of these tools dramatically by using them in combination
