  Course Title:          Successful Project Management

 Prerequisites:   None

 Course Length and Maximum Class Size:

            15 Classroom hours held in (5) 3-hour session. Maximum class size is 25.

 Objective:

To provide participants the opportunity to gain the skills to set measurable project objectives and develop a practical plan to achieve them including estimating project costs, performing a cost/benefit analysis, and managing relationships effectively and productively among all project stakeholders.  To master the skills and techniques needed to bring projects in on schedule and under budget.

 Content:

1.      Developing a project plan

2.      Using a Work Breakdown Structure to scope out projects

3.      Allocating resources effectively using resource loading and leveling charts

4.      Tracking, monitoring, and controlling  the project

5.      Using project management software - Microsoft Project for Windows
