Course Title: Negotiation Skills

Prerequisites: Communication

Course Length and Maximum Class Size:

4 classroom hours held in (1) 4-hour session.  Maximum class size is 20.

Objective: 

Negotiation on some level takes place daily with nearly everyone we communicate with.  This course will explain the stages of negotiation and the steps to follow for successful negotiations (win/win) while maintaining or improving relationships.

Beneficial to:

Managers, Supervisors, team leaders.  This is an advanced supervision course.

Equipment Needed for Instruction:

Projector, computer, flip chart
