Course Length and Maximum Class Size:

8 Classroom hours held in (1) 8-hour session.  Maximum class size is 25.

Objective:

Participants will be able to discuss and demonstrate interpersonal skills and problem solving tools necessary for today’s quality leader.

 Content:

1.      Problem solving tools and when to use them

2.      Looking for non-verbal clues

3.      Using various techniques to map a workflow

4.      Appropriately matching techniques to different situations

5.      Solution gathering techniques
