Course Title:             Motivation, Delegation and Coaching Strategies.

4 classroom hours given in 1 session. Max class size: 15

Objective:

Participants learn about what motivates us to do our best. The importance of listening and involvement in improving and maintaining morale. The advantages of utilizing delegation as a motivation tool to develop people. To teach an awareness of barriers to effectively train and coach employees.

1. Motivation concepts and techniques
2. Listening skills and techniques.
3. How to delegate and make it a challenge.
4. Developing and improving the quality of work.
5. Training and coaching strategies, to improve performance.
