Course Title:         Team Problem Solving and Buy-In

Course Length and Maximum Class Size:

4 classroom hours given in 1 session. Max class size: 15

Objective:

Participants learn the value of involving the team and how to create a non-threatening environment to get the most out of the team. The importance of listening and giving imput and understanding the team member/employee's role. How to build confidence and consensus by facilitating rather than dominating.

Content:

1. The leadership role on the team.
2. Brainstorming techniques that work.
3. Consensus instead of voting...how to get buy-in of all
4. Teamwork exercises and role plays.
5. Video "Hidden Assets".
