Course Title:               Leadership and Human Relations

Course Length and Maximum Class Size:

4 classroom hours given in 1 session. Max class size: 15

Objective:

Participants learn different perspectives of leadership, includes self-esteem, developing trust and focusing on what we want in a leader. Additionally, how to encourage participation and cooperation as well as motivation concepts.

Content:

1. The leadership role.
2. Understanding how others think/thinking outside of the "box".
3. Involving team members in decision-making and problem-solving.
4. Communication concepts.
5. Leadership assessment and evaluation.
